Responsibilities:

• Ability to train sales team on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow up process, and proper closing techniques
• Ability to plan and manage vehicle inventory ensuring high volume and profitability
• Ability to establish trust amongst customers to establish relationships beyond just the vehicle sale
• Ability to address and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications:

• Prior Automotive Dealership Management experience
• Knowledgeable in appraising and booking vehicles
• Clean driving record and valid license
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
